Construction Technical Excellence Colleges (CTEC’s) (2026) : Currently developing a centralised data hub and front-end observatory for the national and regional Construction Technical Excellence Colleges (CTECs), bringing together skills demand and supply data into a single point.
Strategic Intent
Developed and delivered Skills (SILA’s) for the Greater Manchester region
NEET analysis
Working with a group of 5 Colleges map the existing practice and collective NEET offer. Produce an insights report highlighting areas of good practice, gaps, and recommendations based on sector norms and facilitate workshops to share practice.
Employer Feedback
LSIP (2025 and 2026): Developed an Employer Feedback tool to provide a structured, shared system to capture employer feedback across ILPs, chambers, and engagement routes, aligned to LSIP2 methodology.

Skills mapping

Conducted a comprehensive review of the county wide skills supply and demand, working with four Further Education Colleges and University. This included the development of "Strategic Intent Documents" and curriculum maps aligned with SOC four-digit levels.
